CLICK is supported by 50 non-professional and professional volunteers. They participate in areas such as: handicrafts, computer education, bookkeeping, Hebrew lessons, reflexology, hairdressing, cosmetics and organizational planning, and have played a significant role in enhancing community involvement, and the development of CLICK.
CLICK is managed by its director and 6 local voluntary residents. Meetings are convened monthly. The BOD is comprised of professional volunteers in the areas of social psychology (chairperson) and teaching. Two sub committees exist within the BOD - the manpower and the budget committee.
The BOD receives professional supervision from the director, Linda Mosek (Social Worker).
