New name for CLICK and new look at the SAVI outlet center (picture attached)
The Israeli Registrar NGO Office has granted CLICK permission to officially change its name as of November 2, 2009.
The previous name was: Community Leadership and Intervention of Crisis for Kids and the Elderly
The current/new name is: Community Leadership and Innovation in Centers for the Elderly
In addition, the Israeli Registrar NGO Office agreed to change the charter of CLICK (as prescribed in the NGO law from 1980) as follows:
· From: Gather contributions for assisting students in need, purchasing school books and other school supplies.
· To: Initiate a variety of services to encourage and enable a better quality of life for the elderly including: community centers, center for the disabled, vocational centers and innovative community projects.
The organization will cease all activity pertaining to the earlier definitions as of December 31, 2009.
The SAVI outlet center (pictured) provides an innovative large exciting display that suits all ages and consists of dolls, magnets, mobiles, pictures, greeting cards, bags, felt boards, polystyrene, yo, yos and more... SAVI is full of stimulating ideas, displays and hundreds of finished projects. The outlet center is wheel chair friendly and prices are extremely reasonable.
