Senior Residents Continue to Push Sports
CLICK, together with the Municipality's Department of Sports and Eshel, drive to improve the quality of life for our senior residents with a new exercise class that builds and strengthens bones. The exercises are designed specifically for seniors and focus on strengthening bones, strengthening muscles, increasing movement span and improving balance and coordination. The class takes place once a week in the B'nei B'rit hall.
